I love downtown photo sessions, especially when I’m hanging out with a fun family in beautiful weather. A couple of weeks ago, I spent some time exploring the downtown scene with Jen and Randy and their children, Jordan and Cameron. Some of you might recognize Jordan from my last post. The day after I photographed her at preschool I met up with the whole family for some downtown fun. We started out at Flatbranch Park, then went on to Peace Park, the “Quad” on the MU campus and then ended up at Sparky’s for a cool treat. I’ll admit, I could have done a tighter edit on this post, but I captured so many great moments that it was hard to choose which photos to eliminate..so I left them all in!
Reeves family, thank you so much for letting me stalk you with my camera. You were tons of fun to hang out with and so easy to photograph. You made my job simple! Enjoy the images!

@Mazvita and @Alisha They were the most laid-back family I’ve photographed so far and it made the session a lot of fun! The kids were so silly and I think they enjoyed the camera attention. And the light made for beautiful photos of this beautiful family!
