I first photographed this little guy when he was a newborn, then again at six months and now at one year. It’s so rewarding when clients hire me for subsequent photo sessions. Their confidence tells me they connect with my vision and and value my skills, not to mention trust me to capture important milestones for their families. Channing’s mother, Stephanie, is my hair stylist. Since I keep a short cut, I see her quite a bit and our children are often a topic of conversation. But it’s always nice to see Channing in-person, especially when I have my camera. His blue eyes are precious!

I took these photos a couple of weeks ago, but today is Channing’s 1st birthday, so I think that makes this post extra special!

Happy Birthday, little man! Today is your day!

Last Wednesday I took Logan to our city’s annual Tons of Trucks event sponsored by Columbia Parks and Recreation. We went last year and Logan really enjoyed it, so I decided to take him again this year even though it was predicted to rain. Thankfully, the rain held out and Logan had a blast sitting behind the wheels of all his favorite trucks and tractors. As usual, I kinda went overboard snapping away at my cute little photo subject and posted way  more than a few here to share. Enjoy!
